Use any basic naan dough or bread dough
Seko few minutes on greased tawa or griddle With ghee (Clarified butter)/oil then transfer on an oven tray bake at 180* for 10 minutes It will be soft and spongy Remove cover and cool
Slit like pockets smear sauce in the pockets top and bottom
Add any filling of choice For this one I used crumbed chicken strips fried And 2 tablespoon of each sauce Sweet chilli sauce Siracha sauce And tomato sauce mustard sauce mixed all together Saucy chips Salads and enjoy warm
