My Style inspiredTIPS:Use the Arabic Dough recipe or The ready shop bought bread doughMethod1 & ¼ cups warm water¼ cup oilMix togetherSift all the under mentioned dry ingredients1 tablespoon sugar (can add ½ teaspoon more)2 tablespoon yeast+-3 cups flour1 teaspoon level Salt1 & ½ teaspoon Baking powder2 tablespoon any milk powderNow add the liquid mixtureMake a soft dough knead well.Keep aside for 10 minutues in a warm placeThenKnead againLightly rub oil over and cover with damp clothLet it rise double in size +- 1.& ½ to 2 hours in a warm placeWhen ready roll out a round large roti or rectangular slightly thick(If using ready shop bought dough just roll out slightly thick)Cut with round cutter allow to rise againI grill it few minutes on the Roti Tawa or griddle just to brown lightly on both sides 3-4 minutesThen I place on oven tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180*When cooled slit pocket style Make any filling make it saucy stuff the pittas /Shawarma fill cheese (optional) orSalads
