½ kg chops washed
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon Robertson steak and chops spice
½ teaspoon Robertson lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Robertson BBQ spice
Salt to taste ( take note Robertson spices are salty )
¼ teaspoon haldi
1 tablespoon vinegar
Handful of freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
3 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Add all the marinade ingredients into a dish or a Pyrex , mix well , add the chops and make sure the chops are covered nicely with marinade . Leave to marinade for 3 hours or overnight .
Oven cooking : Cover Pyrex with foil and let this cook for at least 1 hour or until water has run out, remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes or until soft .
Grill / BBQ Place chops on grill or braai (bbq) stand allow it too cook and bast as you turn .
