100 grams Cadbury milk chocolate, grated
250 ml fresh cream, whipped until stiff peaks
1 can of caramel
6-8 tennis biscuits, crushed into chunky crumbs
2 cups of fresh raspberries
250 ml fresh cream whipped until stiff, spooned into a piping bag, a few raspberries and grated chocolate for garnish
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with a spoon or whisk, except the raspberries.
Spoon the filling into a piping bag. In a pretty stemmed glass, place a few raspberries at the bottom, pipe some filling, layer with raspberries and pipe again with the filling, repeat until you reach the rim of the glass.
Pipe or dollop some fresh cream on top, garnish with a raspberry and a sprinkling of grated chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
