this fillet recipe can be used for Burgers , wraps or pitas or simple with a salad.
1 kg chicken fillet butterflied
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 lemon freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon calistos prego spice
1 teaspoon shan tandoori spice
½ teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
salt to taste
marinade for atleast 30 minutes .
add some oil in a pan and fry on meduim heat until done add water if necessary and reduce heat . add a blob of butter and fry for another 3 minutes .
serve with whatever sauce you prefer
