For this cake I used the moist chocolate cake recipe

4 extra large eggs separated
1 cup castor sugar
1 ½ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
¾ cup oil
½ cup milk
4 teaspoon baking powder
Beat egg whites stiff. Set aside.
Mix yolks, sugar, cocoa & oil until combined.
Sift flour and Baking powder. Add milk& buttermilk and beat.
Fold in egg whites
Grease loaf pan well, pour batter ¾ full. Bake on 180°c for 30 minutes or skewer inserted comes out clean.
Place onto wire rack. Once cooled throw sauce over
¼ cup fresh cream
80g whole nut chocolate
Heat cream, pour over chocolate and stir together until a nice consistency. Not too runny nor too thick
Throw over cake.
