INGREDIENTS
6 medium Potatoes
½ onion
2 green chillies
½ bunch dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera powder
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 egg
½ cup kelloggs bread crumbs
METHOD
Boil potatoes mash. Put onion, chillies and
dhania (coriander) into food processor and blend until fine.
Add this to potatoes. Add spices to potatoes. Mix
in 1 egg. Shape potato into rounds, flatten slightly
dip into beaten egg. Roll in kelloggs bread
crumbs. Fry in shallow hot oil for 2 minutes on
each side. Drain and serve with sauce.
