6 medium Potatoes ½ onion 2 green chillies ½ bunch dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera powder 2 tablespoons flour 1 egg
1 egg ½ cup kelloggs bread crumbs
Boil potatoes mash. Put onion, chillies and dhania (coriander) into food processor and blend until fine. Add this to potatoes. Add spices to potatoes. Mix in 1 egg. Shape potato into rounds, flatten slightly dip into beaten egg. Roll in kelloggs bread crumbs. Fry in shallow hot oil for 2 minutes on each side. Drain and serve with sauce.
