500g chicken fillet cubed
¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) / olive oil
2 medium onions
1. 1 teaspoon salt
2. 2 teaspoon chilli powder
3. ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
4. 2 teaspoon ginger garlic
5. 2 medium Tomatoes
2 small peppers cubed
½ teaspoon garam masala
Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter) / oil 7 - 10 minutes.
Remove ¾ of the onions and add to the numbered ingredients.
In a separate pan stir fry peppers ± 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add the numbered ingredients to the Remaining onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cubed fillet and cook until done.
Lastly add in the peppers, sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander.
