INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (about 2 big ones)
Steers Garlic sauce
Mayo
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Pepper
Garlic butter
METHOD
My Garlic potatoes
Cut 2 potatoes in cubes
Boil till done but it mustn't be too soft.
Drain
Then add 2 big tablespoons garlic butter to a pot, heat, add in potatoes, Aromat (a South African Spice) and pepper.
Let it fry for a few minutes (2 to 3 minutes).
Then add in a big tablespoon of mayo and a tablespoon of steers Garlic sauce.
Sprinkle parsley. Serve hot.
INFO & TIPS
It also comes out very nice when you add a little fresh cream but I never add.
