1 cup couscous, prepared according to box instructions
Sauté chopped onion & peppers in olive oil with some salt, coarse black pepper, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, garlic flakes . Add chopped sun dried tomatoes, olives, slivered almonds and feta cheese. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil. Mix into the couscous and garnish with chopped parsley.
