INGREDIENTS
Lamington Cake Pops

Ingredients:115g butter½ cup castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence3 xl eggs1 cup self raising flour
Cocoa Syrup:30g butter1 cup icing sugar2 tablespoon cocoa powder½ cup boiling water1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat in

Grease silicone cake pop pan.
Spoon batter in on 1 side. Then close with the other.
Bake for 10-12min.
Allow to cool for a minute then open mould.
Boil syrup until sticky.
Dip cakes in syrup and sprinkle desiccated coconut.
