Ingredients: 115g butter ½ cup castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 xl eggs 1 cup self raising flour
Cocoa Syrup: 30g butter 1 cup icing sugar 2 tablespoon cocoa powder ½ cup boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 180 deg. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat in Beat in flour. Grease silicone cake pop pan. Spoon batter in on 1 side. Then close with the other. Bake for 10-12min. Allow to cool for a minute then open mould. Boil syrup until sticky. Dip cakes in syrup and sprinkle desiccated coconut.
