2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
1 ½ teaspoon olive oil
luke warm water as required to make a soft dough
1 cup sweet corn
1 pepper chopped
black olives chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 small blob butter
1 teaspoon garlic
good amount grated mozzarella
1 sachet tomato paste
2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoon red chutney
add all ingredients and allow to rise .
in a pan add the butter and garlic saute add all the veggies and stir fry for 5 minutes . allow to cool and add cheese . give it a toss
add all the sauce stuff and mix .
flatten dough and divide into 6 to 7 balls or if u want it mini then make more balls .
roll out not to thick spread sauce , add filling , fold over use a folk to close
In a pan add very little oil fry both side until crispy and serve immediately
