Chocolate Meringue Roses

2 egg whites room temperature
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Red food coloring
120 g dark choclate
Preheat oven to 95 Cup
Whip egg whites with salt unil foamy. Gradually add sugar and whip til soft peaks form. Add vanilla and food coloring and mix to combine
Fit piping bag with 1M ( ½ inch- 1cm ) large star tip. Make for lines red coloring on the inside of pipingf bag.
Transfer the meringue into piping bag
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper make 2 inch
( 5cm) roses starting from the centre and making circles round.
Bake for 90 minutes. Turn oven off and leave meringues in the oven until the oven compltely cooled about 2-3 hrs more or over night
Melt choclate dip bottoms in choclate & place on parchment paper to set.
Store in airtight container at room tempreature
