RECIPE
250g spaghetti or Chinese Egg Noodles boiled and kept aside.
1 chicken cut and washed. Marinate chicken in the following:
2 teaspoon shan's chicken biryani masala2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo1 teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala½ teaspoon haldi½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli paste2 teaspoon tomato puree 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 ½ cup plain yoghurt 4 large tomatoes liquidized
2 onions chopped and braised with the following until golden brown2 clove 1 stick cinnamon1 bay leaf
Add your marinated chicken and 2 tablespoon coconut oi and braise it as you would for biryani.
Once completely done, add in spaghetti/noodles and mix well. Lastly add a handful of chopped coriander.
Serve with raita and fried samoosa pur.
