250g spaghetti or Chinese Egg Noodles boiled and kept aside.
1 chicken cut and washed.
Marinate chicken in the following:
2 teaspoon shan's chicken biryani masala
2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
½ teaspoon haldi
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
2 teaspoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ cup plain yoghurt
4 large tomatoes liquidized
2 onions chopped and braised with the following until golden brown
1 stick cinnamon
1 bay leaf
Add your marinated chicken and 2 tablespoon coconut oi and braise it as you would for biryani.
Once completely done, add in spaghetti/noodles and mix well.
Lastly add a handful of chopped coriander.
Serve with raita and fried samoosa pur.
