White sauce spaghetti 🍝

Ingredients
4 tablespoon butter
5 cloves of garlic {minced}
1 packet spaghetti {broken in half}
2 Chicken fillets
1 small chopped onion
½ green and red pepper chopped
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red chili
2-3 green chilies
½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup fresh cream
½ cup grated cheese

For white sauce:-
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
Salt & pepper


In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat
add the garlic and saute until it becomes fragrant.
Now add chicken and salt.
Stir well.
Now add crushed Jeeru (Cumin),crushed red chili,black pepper,lemon pepper and green chilies.
Mix well and cook. add pasta and mix. Then add red and green pepper.
Now add white sauce,cheese and fresh cream.
stir and allow the cheese to melt
serve with cracked pepper,crushed red chili & freshly chopped herbs.

White sauce:-
Melt butter in a pot. Add flour and braised few minutes. Then add milk,salt & pepper.
Keep stirring until thick and Creamy.
