Add in2 tablespoon ginger garlic1 tablespoon red chilli masala paste 1 good pinch of saffronBraise then add in the chicken1 tablespoon lemon juiceAdd spices2 teaspoon crushed red chillies2 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon roasted mix masala..optional1 teaspoon tumeric2 teaspoon dhana jeeraa powderMix well and braise for about 5 minutesClose pot and leave to cook ..it will release its own water
MeanwhilePeel 2 medium potatoes..cut into chunksFry in deep oil..remove on paper towelSprinkle salt and set aside2 medium tomatoes..peeled and chopped up big..2 and half cups basmati ricePre cooked...not mushy..must be firm..drainAdd some saffron colour. steeped saffron water
