RECIPE
Bee sting
cream together 125g & ¾ cup castor sugar
Add 3 eggs
¼ teaspoon vanilla ess
pinch salt
1 ¾ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup milk
mix all ingredients together
grease 2 sandwich pans with non stick spray.
Nut topping
In a saucepan add
⅓ cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecan nuts
1 tablespoon milk
4 tablespoon butter
boil for 5 mind
In one sandwich pan put the topping.
Divide the cake mixture between the 2 pans & bake at 180 for +- 30 minutes until done
Custard
In a saucepan add
2 cups milk
3 tablespoon custard
a handful of coconut
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon butter add last
mix custard powder with little milk and add to the rest of milk
add the rest of ingredients and boil
sandwich the cakes with custard with nut topping. Dust with icing sugar.
