2 Cinnamon stick
1 curry spoon kashmir masala
1 tbls kashmir chilli powder
1 tsp food colouring
Salt per ur choice
4 tamtotes
1 packet veg of ur choice
Oil
2 tbls ginger and garlic
2 tsp food colouring
INGREDIENTS
2kg stewing beefCurry leaf 3 bay leaf 2 star 2 Cinnamon stick 1 curry spoon kashmir masala 1 tablespoon kashmir chilli powder 1 teaspoon food colouring Salt per your choice 4 tamtotes 1 packet veg of your choice 4 tamtotes Oil 2tbls ginger and garlic
METHOD
Oil must be nice and hot. Put in onion. Curry leafs. Star. Cinnamon stick. Bay leaf. Braise that. After that. Add all your spice and meat add salt. Let that cook. For while. Then add your tamtotes with your veg. Let that all cook till your meat is soft and the veg melts awayThat will make a thick gravy😋serve with rolls or rice.. Enjoy😋
