1 kg steak cut into strips 2 onions 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon BBQ spice 2 steak and chop spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic 2 tablespoon Wellington chilli sauce2 tablespoon Vinegar 2 tablespoon soya sauce
Braise onion in 125g butter, add steak with all of above spices. Cook until almost done.
Then add:1 green pepper julienne 1 punnet white mushrooms sliced 2 potatoes cubed and fried 2 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon tomato ½ tin tomato puree Cook until done.
Just before serving make a paste with :¼ cup vinegar ¼ cup water 2 tablespoon maziena 2 tablespoon soya sauce Add to the steak.
Serve with savoury rice
