INGREDIENTS
250g butter
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Enough flour to form a dough
Chocolate of your choice for centres (I used dipped flake)
2 x 150g dairy milk Cadbury
METHOD
Make a dough as you would any biscuit dough. Roll into balls and form into nests by making a slight hole in the centre (not all the way through). Bake biscuit until ready. Add chocolate of your choice into the nest and coat with dairy milk. Allow to harden and decorate as you like.
INFO & TIPS
You may use any biscuit dough of your choice just as long as it's not one that will rise too much
