steam sausage's until firm . cool & cut up .leave aside
In a pot add 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 onion chopped ½ teaspoon jeera Braise until golden
Add 3 grated tomatoes ½ cup frozen corn 1 teaspoon red chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed Dana ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) salt to taste 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 teaspoon tomatoe puree few curry leaves
Cook the above until oil comes to surface. Add the sausages & mix well. Cook on low heat do not dry out .Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) .
This can be served on its own with roti or naan or like in pic above I mixed it with the dhai pasta. Tasted devine.
