-1 med courgette(grated)
-1 med carrot(grated)
-1⁄2 tomato (finely cubed)
-1⁄2 teaspoon garlic
-salt to taste
-chilli to taste
-pinch of tumeric powder
-1⁄2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
-a handful of finely chopped fresh coriander
-self rising flour
-fry light or oil
1.) grate courgette and carrot,add the fresh coriander,tomato and spices - mix.
2.) add a little self rising flour at a time and mix until a crumpet like batter consistency is formed.
3.) heat a non stick pan with fry light or very little oil and place spoonfuls of the batter (cook till golden brown on each side).
4.)serve on Puri with sweet chilli sauce.
