INGREDIENTS
1 Can Koo Bake Beans
1 Onion sliced finely
2 Small Tomatoes
1 teaspoon fine salt
2 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)/tumeric
1 chilli
curry leaves
dhania (coriander)/ Coriander (garnishing)
METHOD
Heat oil
add curry leaves and chilli, allow to sizzle for a minute or two.
add onions
when onion start to brown on their edges, add masaalas with fine salt.
wait a minute then add tomatoes.
with back of spoon press tomatoes till resembles chutney.
now add bake beans, fill the can with ⅓ water and add to pot.
cover and simmer on low until gravy thicken.
garnish with dhania (coriander)
