Baked Beans With Cheese Vienna

INGREDIENTS

1 tin of baked ( I used koo brand)5 cheese vienna1 onions sliced thinly3 green chillies slit in middle2 medium grated tomatoes½ teaspoon mixed herbs½ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon hot masala½ teaspoon turmericCurry leaves

METHOD

Braise onions with chillies till onions are brownAdd chopped up Vienna and let fry for 2 minutes, stirringAdd in tomatoes and curry leaves ,cook till oil showsAdd in spices and mix, then add in baked beansAdd in salt to taste and a pinch of sugar
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat then turn off heat and let rest for 5 minues
