For every 1l of milk USe ½ cup of rice,
½ cup of sago,
1 tin of each :
condence milk,nestle cream, ideal milk.
And sugar to taste.
Method soak sago and set aside.
Boil rice with cinnamon sticks and Elachi (cardomom)
until mushy, add milk and bring to a boil.
stir constantly so that it does not
scorch. Add cream, condense milk and
ideal milk to the boiled milk.then add
the sago. Lastly add slivered almond, and
a little rose water. Ps! Mix together the
nestle cream,condense and ideal MIlk.
