Soak ¾ cup sago in waterHeat on stove :1 litre milkAdd 2 cinnamon sticks 3 Elachi (cardomom) podsOptional sultanasWhen milk is getting hot add +- 1 cup broken up vermicelliKeep on low heat keep stirringAdd the soaked sagoAdd rose essence optional1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)+- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Add 1 can evaporated milk1 can nestle dessert creamKeep stirring till it gets like thin custardAdd 1 can condensed milk Keep on lowStir to the consistency you requireAdd almondsNB: add sugar if u prefer instead of condensed milk Enjoy hot or cold.
