1 cup washed and boiled rice2 Chicken fillets,cubed
Take oil in a pot. Add chicken,1-2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,salt,red chili powder and ½ teaspoon haldi. Cook 4-5 minutues. Then add sliced onion,julienne carrots,sliced cabbage ,red & green peppers chopped,crushed green chilies and chopped spring onions. Stir well 4-5 minutues. Now add vinegar,soya sauce,chili garlic sauce,little bit sugar,freshly crushed garlic,salt and tomato sauce. Mix well and keep stirring. Don’t let dry. Keep slightly saucy. Now add rice mix well. Sprinkle some chopped coriander and spring onions. Serve hot. Enjoy 😊 ￼
