INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken cubes1 tin nestle extra thick cream ¾ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon paprika powder½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon crushed green chilli1 teaspoon garlic (purée or crushed)ToothpicksBreadcrumbs
Before frying:Egg (whisked with a pinch of salt, chilli, arad (Turmeric) and some chopped coriander)Medium hot oil
METHOD
1.) Marinate the chicken with the nestle cream, salts, chillies, paprika and garlic and keep aside, let it marinate for atleast 3 hours over overnight.2.) Once the chicken has marinated, add 3-4 cubes on a toothpick and dip in breadcrumbs. Place on a tray and freeze.3.) Remove from freezer, dip in egg mixture and fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
