500g Lamb or Steak Mince
1 Large egg beaten
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
2 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Paste with Red Chillies
1-2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1⁄2 packet 'National' Chapli Kebab spice mix
3 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander chopped
~ Mix all the ingredients together and Form into balls and flatten slightly, OR leave as round balls
~ Allow to rest for 20 minutes
~ Heat 2 Tablespoon Oil in large enough pan and brown the kebabs slightly.
~ Transfer these to a greased oven Casserole dish and dot with Butter/ghee (Clarified butter)
~ Bake covered in moderate oven until golden brown, turning a few times.
~ When serving drizzle with Chilli Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce, Scatter with Pomegranate Rubies and Chopped Parsley/Coriander

~ Melt butter in saucepan
~ Add the garlic and Chillie Flakes
~ Allow to simmer without the Garlic browning
~ Add the Lemon Juice and stir well
~ Follow by adding the fresh cream and gently simmer on low until desired consistency is reached.
