500g chicken fillet - cut into strips
Marinade stips with :
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon mochachos hot spice
Then coat with :
½ cup flour
¼ cup zinger spice
Fry in hot oil ±10 minutes
Drain excess oil
Lettuce, shredded
Cucumber
Tomato
Spread mayo on the Roti, then add salad, grated cheese and chicken strips. Add sauce of your choice roll up & serve.
