Cauliflower gets a bad rap but they just need some tlc to really shine! Cut cauliflower into florets and wash, set aside. Then make your batter by adding flour, water, cornflour, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl. Add the cauliflower to this batter and coat well. Then fry in an air fryer at full heat for 10mins or in an oven for 15mins at 180degrees. Once this is ready, bring a wok pan to high heat on the stove,add the butter and cauliflower. Then add all spices and coat properly before adding in the fresh cream and mayonnaise. You can add salt and Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste at this point.Let it simmer for about 10mins then take it off the heat and use as a filling for wraps or pitas! Simply delish!
