INGREDIENTS
Zulekha:
Zingy hot chicken noodles
2 chicken fillet cut in strips
Marinade with
1 teaspoon ginger /garlic paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Red flake chilies
Fresh red chilie paste
Orange pepper
Black and lemon pepper
Salt
Soy sauce
Schezwan sauce
Lemon juice and vinegar

METHOD
Stir fry chicken in oil until both sides are slightly brown and cooked remove and keep aside
Stir fry red green and yellow peppers spring onions I also added Mushroom s and cubed onions for about 6 minutes then add the chicken and cook and low eat

2 fresh tomatoes grind
Half cup grind tin tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
Lemon juice and vinegar

Half a cup tomato sauce

Boil all the ingredients unpick thick and add the cooked chicken and stir untill well combined
I used linguine
Boil linguine drain
In pan add butter chopped spring onions chopped garlic and chopped jalapeno and stir fry for 1 minutes add noodles and lemon juice
and fresh dhania (coriander)
