INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet
2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
¼ teaspoon Crushed green chillies
3 tab coimbra sauce available at Address
3 tab olive oil
METHOD
Marinate chicken and cook butter or ghee (Clarified butter), when ¾ way cooked add 2 tablespoon mayonnaise and +- 125 ml fresh cream

Garlic Pita
Brush garlic butter on pita's and bake until butter melts
Serve Coimbra Chicken with garlic Pita and chips
