Flapjacks

2 eggs
50ml oil
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, milk and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients. Mix well with electric beaters.
Leave to stand for 15 minutes
Heat a non stick pan. Spray with spray and cook.
Drop spoonfull of batter, fry both sides until done.
Serve hot with fresh cream and syrup.
