INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
¾ cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
Butter or oil for frying
Choc banana :
Banana - ( not ripe )
Melted cadburys choc
Wax wrap
METHOD
In a mixer , mix everything together making smooth batter .,
In a non stick pan add butter or oil ( small amount ) using a soup spoon add batter and allow to cook .
Choc bananas :
Slice banana
Dip into the melted chocolate , place on a wax wrap , pop into the freezer for 10 minutes .
To layer :
Open up a cupcake holder layer 1 flapjack , top with a chocolate banana and another flapjack , drizzle chocolate over the flapjack , using a sosatie stick , stick into the middle
INFO & TIPS
Ideal for party's .
You can make small flapjacks or make big 1s and using a cookie cutter make perfect circles .
