INGREDIENTS
1 chicken or 1 kg fillets cut into pieces2 cans sugar beans or you can boil the dried beans if you want to.1 large onion finely sliced 2 medium tomatoes liquidised1 tablespoon tomatoe pureeHandfull fresh curry leaves2 fresh whole green chillies 2 tablespoon red ginger,garlic masala.2 teaspoon fine dhana 2 teaspoon fine jeera1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon coarse red chillies or more if you want it hotter.Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot ,add the finely slice onion and saute untill soft add green chillies and curry leaves and carry on frying untill the onions are light brown.Add in the ginger garlic masala and braise to get rid of the raw smell.Add in the rest of the dry spices and cook a little adding about a ¼ cup of water to braise the all the spices together.Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes add liquidised tomatoes and tomatoe puree.Cook untill most of the water is absorbed.Add the sugar beans and cook untill the beans are soft.Adding a little water is you need to cook the beans.Garnish with chopped coriander.
3 cans Koo samp or you can boil your samp.If you using the can,l suggest rinsing the samp to loosen it up.Melt butter in a pot add the samp, add salt and grinded black pepper to taste and braise a little.
To serve, place samp in a bowl top with Sugar Beans and Chicken sprinkle Achaar masala over or serve with mango achaar.This is optional
