INGREDIENTS
2 and quarter cup flour
1 and half cup sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 and half cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2eggs
30ml red food colouring (moirs red use
whole bottle) 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon
vanilla essence
METHOD
Sift flour, sugar, bicarb, cocoa, salt.
In separate bowl whisk oil buttermilk
eggs colouring vinegar and vanilla until
foamy.
Fold in flour mixture, mix til well
combined.
Line muffin tray wit papers fill each
til ¾ way full bake for 20min or til
stick comes out clean. Cool and ice. Makes
24.
Icing:
1 tub smooth cream cheese
1/2cup butter softened
2-3cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla ess
Beat cheese and butter for few minutes til
smooth. Gradually add sugar, continur
beating till thick, add vanilla.
