Nestle Chocolate Cake

Recipe from Nestlé tin.

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs separated
120g flour (250 ml)
175g sugar( 220ml)
60ml oil
125ml hot water
24g Nestlé coco ( 60ml)
10ml baking powder
5ml vanilla essential

METHOD

Sift flour , baking powder &salt together. Mix coco & hot water allow to cool. Combine egg yolk, oil, sugar, vanilla essence & coco mixture . Add this to dry ingredients & mix well. Whip egg whites till stiff & fold lightly into coco mixture. Bake @ 205 for 20-25 mind. Decorate as desired.
