Filling : 1 kg chicken breast 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon crushed garlic Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon mochachos spice 1 teaspoon chicken spice Lemon juice Chilli powder add 2 tablespoon of each : Mayonnaise Tomato sauce Mustard sauce Spur peri peri sauce

Roti : Sift flour and salt. Add ghee (Clarified butter) rub in with finger tip to form bread crumbs.. Add hot water.. Mix with wooden spoon. Transfer to the bench knead dough until combined. Roll big Roti, smear ghee (Clarified butter) roll up and make 10 balls. Roll each into Roti and cook both sides until blisters appear and Roti puffs up. Brush wit more melted ghee (Clarified butter).
Filling : Marinate and cook chicken with spices, then add the sauces. Cook until chicken is done... Leave moist and little saucy. Shred chicken.
Spread mayo on the Roti, then lettuce tomato and cucumber then add chicken over roll up and enjoy 😛
