4 eggs
1⁄2 cup castor sugar
1⁄2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon caramel essence

Beat eggs and sugar till creamy....add in the dry ingredients and mix gently by hand
Bake in a Swiss roll pan for approx 10 minutes on 180C
Roll while still hot.
unroll fill with fresh cream and re roll
mix caramel treat with little milk to thin it down ......pour over cake
opt 1 cut up topdeck chunks on top.....drizzle melted topdeck


opt 2 cut almonds and pecans ontopthen drizzle melted chocolate
