1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon garlic
Juice of 1-2 limes
3 tablespoon cup oil
2 onions (sliced)
Red/green bell pepper (julienned)
4 fresh jalapeno peppers (sliced)
5 large tomatoes (liquidized)
1 sachet tomato paste
Heat oil and saute onions, bell pepper, bay leaves and jalapeno chillies for 5 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, spices and tomato paste. Cook tomatoes down till no liquid remains.
When pasta is done swirl through sauce.
