INGREDIENTS
Picante Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoon chilli powder2 bay leaves1 tablespoon garlicJuice of 1-2 limes3 tablespoon cup oil2 onions (sliced)Red/green bell pepper (julienned)4 fresh jalapeno peppers (sliced)5 large tomatoes (liquidized)1 sachet tomato paste
METHOD
Heat oil and saute onions, bell pepper, bay leaves and jalapeno chillies for 5 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, spices and tomato paste. Cook tomatoes down till no liquid remains.
When pasta is done swirl through sauce.
