INGREDIENTS
1 Liter milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tin condense milk1 tin.nestles cream2 tablespoon semolina/ custard powder2 teaspoon falooda powder2 tablespoon cocoa powder/slab of chocolate
METHOD
Make a paste with the semolina and falooda powder.Bring the milk to boil, add the above paste and stir well.Pour the condense milk and nestles cream.Half the mixture, to the one add the cocoa powder.Pour the white mixture into a mould.Once set top with the chocolate mixture.Decorate as desired . Chocolate sauce can be used.Refrigerate...enjoy

Sumi tweeked a little.
I made the above recipe but turned it into ice cream.
I poured the choc mixture and laid it at a slant in my muffin pan & allowed it to set. tip for or quick set I put in freezer. Poured the white mixture over & chilled over night .
Before unmoulding I put the moulds in some cold water it's easier to remove.
