1 cup sugar1 tablespoon cocoa¼ cup all purpose flour (cake flour)¼ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon coffee (2-3tsps for a more coffee taste)1 ½ cup water2 egg yolks30g butter or margarine1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, coffee, flour and salt in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in water and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stir in butter and vanilla until well blended. Pour into individual glasses. Leave to cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with flake! :)
