1/4cup all purpose flour (cake flour)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coffee (2-3tsps for a more coffee taste)
1 1/2cup water
2 egg yolks
30g butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, coffee, flour and salt in a saucepan.
Gradually whisk in water and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat, stir in butter and vanilla until well blended.
Pour into individual glasses.
Leave to cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with flake! :)
