RUHANA EBRAHIM'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

2 potatoes
1⁄2 onion (diced)
2 tablespoon dhania (coriander) (chopped)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 whole green chilli (sliced)
Cross & Blackwell Trim (as needed)
1 packet Albany hotdog rolls
6 Khan's sweet chilli sausages
Wimpy tomato sauce

METHOD


Steam sausages till done.
Wash potatoes. Poke holes all over with a knife. Wrap in kitchen paper. Place in microwave, cover with microwave lid, cook for 6-8 minutues.
Remove skin and cube.
Add seasoning, dhania (coriander), onions, chilli and trim. Mix in.
Slice roll, spoon in potato salad. Place sausage, drizzle on sauce. Serve.
