RAEESA MEER'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

NUTTICRUST DESSERT (Raeesa Meer)

1 box nutticrust
2 tablespoon Melted butter
1 tub cream cheese
1 double thick cream (woollies)
Icing sugar
Butterscotch sauce (optional - I made my own)

METHOD

Put the nutticrust biscuits in food processor till it's crumbs (doesn't have to be very fine)
Add in melted butter.

Beat cream cheese with double thick cream till combined. Add icing sugar depending on how sweet you want it to be. Add milk to thin it a bit.

Put a layer of crumbs at the bottom of mini dessert bowls / shot glasses. Add a tablespoon of milk over. Then add a teaspoon of butterscotch sauce.

Then add a tablespoon or more of the cream cheese mixture.
More crumbs.
Another layer of cream cheese mixture.
Drizzle some butterscotch sauce and top with more crumbs.

I made individuals however it can be made in one big bowl as well. I will post the recipe for my butterscotch sauce separately.
