1 cup cake flour 1 tablespoon cornflour ½ cup yogurt ¼ teaspoon food color ¼ teaspoon b.powder Pinch of salt Mix all ingredients with water and make medium consistency batter. Now feel batter in piping bag and fry in hot oil. When fry jalebi golden brown then soak it in Sugar syrup for 40-45 minutes. Sugar Syrup:- 1 cup sugar ¾ cup water ¼ teaspoon elaichi Saffron Serve hot or cold.
