Tawa kheema (mince) Pulav

Boil rice with turmeric and salt. Drain and keep aside.take leftover kheema (mince). Take oil in Tawa or Chinese wok Add inside chopped onion cook for 5-10 till light brown. Now add chopped tomatoes green chilies and Shan kheema (mince) masala and little bit water cook 5 minutes then add leftover kheema (mince) mix and cook till oil separated. Now time to mix cooked rice and chopped coriander and mint. Mix all together and serve hot with raita …🍛🍛🍛
