INGREDIENTS
                      lettuce, quartered tomatoes, carrot 
rounds, halved cucumber slices, mango 
squares, feta cubes, olives, sliced 
dates
                    
METHOD
                      Layer salad in a "huge" platter.  
Arrange rest of ingrediants over 
lettuce.
Braise sesame seeds and slivered 
almonds in 2 tablespoon olive oil.  braise 
till golden, dust with red chilli 
powder and salt to taste.  Allow to 
cool. sprinkle over salad, serve with 
mustard dressing
                    
INFO & TIPS
                      Make a dressing thus: mustard sauce, 
mayonnaise, vinegar, brown sugar, soya 
sauce, ground blk pepper, salt, 
parsley, olive oil... beat altogether. 
serve in a pretty jug on the side of 
the salad..
