1 cup cubed chicken pieces 1 cup cubed onions 1 cup cubed tomatoes 1 cup cubed red & green peppers 2 eggs 2 ½ tablespoon flour 1 ½ cup grated cheese salt & pepper ground green chillies
Braise chicken pieces, onions, tomatoes and peppers separately adding salt, pepper and green chillies. Add eggs, flour and cheese. Mix. Drop in muffin pans slightly greased and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
