10 minute Arabic dough

Add the following to mixer:
2 cups warm water
4 tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons yeast (1 purple packet)
5 cups snowflake cake flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons klim- secret ingredient that makes them so soft
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Beat all ingredients using dough hook. Leave to rise. About 45 minutes.
Roll out. Bake in oven @ 180 till golden.
While hot brush with garlic butter. Sprinkle chilli powder.

½ kilo beef mince well drained take out all water with hands,
3 slices bread wet with water & drain out water with hands,
1 big onion processed fine
Put in dish add 1 tablespoon mielie meal,
3 teaspoon's crushed dana,
1 teaspoon jiro,
1 to 2 teaspoon green chillies,
1 ½ to 2 teaspoon garlic paste,
1 egg,
3 tablespoon lemon juice,
2 tablespoon vinegar,
Mix altogether. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves & spring onions.
Add 1-2 tablespoons cake flour before frying
Make round balls and deep fry in medium hot oil.
Freezer suitable.
